The Path

My mother was a cook in the 60's, and the tradition continues in the family through me as in the 90's, I started my catering company. In 2001, I opened my space with a capacity of 600 people; since then, I have attended more than 15,000 events in my location and several other cities. In 2016, I spent six months learning with a chef from New York and started working with renowned restaurants in California and Florida, such as Fogo de Chão , Sagrado Café, and others, also serving in all kinds of events that require well-made, well-presented and delicious food. I'm an expert in big gatherings such as weddings, parties, conferences, corporate, and festivals or small groups for special occasions with friends, baby showers, celebrity dressing rooms, and book launches. You name it. I can handle it.
